• CHIMIRAY SA is an independent company controlled by a family holding. (HOLCHIM, stockholder’s equity : 2.540.000 Euros).
• CHIMIRAY SA holds 1.850.000 Euros of stockholder’s equity and has a global turnover of approximately 25.000.000 Euros (direct sales : 65%, commission : 35%). Net profit before income taxes : 1.400.000 Euros.

HOLCHIM is a Holding company, controlling the completeness of the capital of her CHIMIRAY AND INTERCHEMICAL subsidiaries. It is endowed with 3.000.000 Euros of stockholders' own capital. Net result after taxes accumulated by its subsidiaries during the next exercise will be of 1.500.000 Euros.
The subsidiaries realize a global turnover of about 42.000.000 Euros.

The set of the group employs 30 persons, of whom an Engineering manager, sales representatives, doctors in pharmacy. It is centred mainly on industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetic specialities.
